All resumes (CVs) and personal documents submitted via our career portal are automatically encrypted upon ingestion using the OpenSSL AES-256-CBC (Advanced Encryption Standard 256-Bit) algorithm. Even in the event of unauthorized hardware or database access, encrypted files cannot be decrypted without authorized cryptographic session keys held exclusively by qualified HR executives.
